Studio Glide Pilates – General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before attending any class, workshop, or event at Studio Glide Pilates. By booking or participating in any session, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all clients, including members, class pack holders, drop-in attendees, and promotional offer users.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals who attend Studio Glide Pilates, including those attending under memberships, class packs, drop-in sessions, promotional offers, or workshops.

Minimum Commitment Period (Memberships Only)

  • All memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • Cancellations are not permitted during the initial 3-month commitment period.

Monthly Class Allowance (Memberships Only)

  • Memberships include a set number of classes per month.

  • All classes must be used within one month of the billing date.

  • Unused classes do not roll over to the following month.

  • Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending classes within the monthly period.

  • After the initial 3-month commitment, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis.

  • Memberships auto-renew each month unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

  • Memberships may be cancelled at any time after the initial period by providing the required notice.

  • Membership cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.

  • Cancellations must be made via the client’s online account or in writing to info@studioglidepilates.com.

  • Membership changes (e.g., upgrades or downgrades) are permitted only after the initial 3-month period and are subject to availability.

Class Packs

  • Class packs provide flexible access to classes at a discounted rate.

  • Valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.

  • Non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Cannot be paused, extended, or rescheduled due to travel, illness, or personal circumstances.

  • Clients are responsible for using all sessions before the expiry date.

Casual Drop-Ins & Intro Offers

  • Drop-in sessions and introductory offers are available to new and existing clients.

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Intro offers are limited to one per client.

  • Valid only for the time period specified at the time of purchase.

  • Subject to class availability.

Workshops & Special Events

  • Advance booking and full payment are required at the time of registration.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event are non-refundable.

  • In the event of studio-led cancellations or rescheduling, a credit or refund will be provided.

Booking & Waitlists

  • Classes can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance through the online booking system.

  • Clients may join a waitlist if a class is full.

  • If a client is added to a class from the waitlist and does not cancel in time, the session will be deducted from their account.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

  • Cancellations made after this window will result in the session being forfeited.

  • No-shows also result in session forfeiture.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to restricted booking privileges.

Studio Access & Guests

  • Only clients with a valid booking are permitted in the studio.

  • Guests, children, or pets are not allowed in the studio unless explicitly stated for specific classes or events.

  • All clients must check in before participating in a class.

Studio Etiquette & Safety

  • Clients must arrive on time. Entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after class has started.

  • Appropriate workout attire and clean socks are required.

  • Clients must follow instructor guidance at all times.

  • Any injuries or health concerns must be disclosed to the instructor prior to the start of class.

Cleanliness & Personal Items

  • All clients are expected to clean their equipment and reformer bed after class using the provided cleaning supplies.

  • Studio Glide Pilates is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Health & Liability Waiver

  • Participation in any class or event is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.

  • Clients confirm they are physically capable of participating in reformer Pilates.

  • Any medical conditions must be disclosed to the instructor before participation.

  • Studio Glide Pilates accepts no liability for injuries sustained during classes or on studio premises.

Age Requirement

  • All clients must be at least 16 years of age.

  • Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian’s written consent and may be required to sign a waiver.

Transferability

  • Memberships, class packs, and bookings are non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned.

Emergency Closures

  • In the event of studio closure due to weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, a class credit will be added to the client’s account.

  • No monetary refunds will be provided.

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all clients at all times.

  • Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the studio and possible termination of future access.

  • Studio Glide Pilates reserves the right to enforce this policy without refund or warning.

Right to Refuse Service

  • Studio Glide Pilates reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate bookings or memberships at its discretion for conduct in violation of these terms or for any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Privacy Policy

  • Client data is collected and stored in accordance with the Studio Glide Pilates Privacy Policy.

  • By attending the studio or making a purchase, clients consent to the collection and use of their personal information.

Contracts & Electronic Signatures

  • Certain memberships or offers may require a signed agreement before activation.

  • Clients are required to review and sign any applicable contracts to complete their purchase.

Amendments to Terms

  • Studio Glide Pilates reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Any updates will be communicated via email and will take effect from the next billing or booking cycle.
